Receipts and printing
Decide what goes on the paper, and where it prints.
Receipts and printing
What goes on the paper
Settings → Receipt designer. A profile decides the header and footer (in both
languages) and which blocks print: branch address and phone, VAT number,
cashier, customer, table, item notes, tax breakdown. Pick 58 mm or 80 mm
paper and the preview beside the form shows the real ticket.
A profile can be business-wide or for one branch; a branch profile wins. With
no profile at all, receipts print exactly as they always have.
This is not a drag-and-drop layout editor, and deliberately so: a thermal
receipt is a fixed-width column of text, so the only real choices are what
appears and what it says.
ZATCA
The compliance QR and the Arabic seller name are added on top of whatever the
profile says. They are not preferences, and they cannot be switched off from
the designer.
Where it prints
Devices → Printers. A printer is bound to a branch and, optionally, a station,
so kitchen tickets go to the kitchen and receipts to the counter.
